Exercise for Developing Intuition and Clairvoyance

 

Lie down on your back, arms by your side, feet together. Breathe deeply, relax your entire body. Let go. Place a piece of 'lapis lazuli' over your third eye (or alternatively light).

Visualise a sphere of light at your third eye - on the in-breath draw indigo light, the colour of the midnight sky, into this centre. On the exhale spin the colour round current round the centre and make it vibrate. Continue to spin blue light and sound round the centre on a relaxed breathing rhythm for about fifteen minutes.

After fifteen minutes, stop spinning the blue centre and just lie still, breath deeply and relax. Go deeper. Stay in this position for about twenty minutes or so. You have activated your intuition, It is now time to watch, observe and listen - to open yourself to receive guidance.

Notice any images that flit across your mind screen. Is there a message for you there? Watch the pictures and what are you feeling? Do you receive any hunches or guidance from this level?

Observe your body. Are there any areas of tension? Ask your body to reveal what lies behind the tension. Watch any thoughts, feelings, words, you receive. Do you hear any whispers, inner voices? Do you receive guidance in this way?

Is there any question in particular that you need an answer to? Focus on the question for a minute or so. Then release it to your higher self and open to receive. Watch the thoughts, feelings, impressions that arise, You will receive an answer. Ask and you will receive. Sometimes the answer does not come immediately. Don't worry. Just ask and stay open to receive. Often the answer will suddenly pop into your awareness after you have finished your meditation. You often receive the answer immediately at the crown Chakra, but it takes a while to filter down into your conscious awareness. Sometimes the answer may not come from within at all. It may come from without in the form of a book, or guidance from a friend, or from a meaningful sign or open. Be aware. The outer levels are always an exact feelings. Just ask, open yourself to receive and trust that the answer will come in the best possible way.

When you feel ready, bring your consciousness into your body - open your eyes and get up.

Perform this exercise whenever you wish to know anything at all, or whenever you simply wish to get in touch with intuition. If you repeat this exercise often, your clairvoyance and psychic awareness will open right up.
